Celebrating my 60th birthday with your fabulous SHRIMP BOIL was absolutely fantastic. As always, you and Mona are delightful and so hospitable. There is nothing like a shrimp boil to bring friends together for fun and great food. Thanks for making my birthday so exceptional. Love you both. Sue

Andre & his wife Mona made our family event a special and memorable one! I am so pleased to highly recommend his wonderful cooking to everyone. Our Norwegian palets are a bit bland, so Andre adjusted the spice level to fit our tastes perfectly. No need to worry that Cajun food is too spicy. The flavors were heaven! He was a pleasure to have at our party and I look forward to our next event with him.

Hi, I had to write to you. My daughter is 15 and has never cooked a meal in her life-- not counting the frozen macaroni and cheese in the microwave. So when she told me she was making me a Mother's Day dinner I feared the worse.

Wrong!!!! She made the shrimp boil with corn and potatoes and it was incredible! You had been at the St. Mary's Chili Cookoff a couple of weeks ago and she was helping her dad. He came over and took her to get the ingredients this afternoon and she put together this wonderful meal.

I'm not too bad a cook, and often have friends over; I plan to make this next time they come over, but I need the spices. I'll order them online, but I had to tell you that this was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had. Thanks,

A mighty Big thanks to you Andre for your expertise and guidance through my first shrimp boil on 10/28/07. Everything came out just perfect.
Timing is everything on this particular meal. I got many raves from my family (20 of us this time). We are sure to do this again when the weather warms. Happy New Year!

Many thanks for the smoked pork tenderloins by Andre. You sure know how to spice up a product and make it taste great; the sauce that you had served with this was excellent. My father’s party was a big success because of this and your personal serving of this dish.

How do you make a special night even more special for a house full of teenagers after a homecoming dance?
Oh there's pizza, finger food and music, but if you're really into adding real zing to your evening, you gotta try Andre's applewood smoked chicken and bacon wrapped shrimp. An opportune call to a good friend brought the menu alive at 11:30 p.m.
Who would get up that late to cook for a gang of teenagers? Andre, that's who.

WOW!! That was simply a GREAT party that you and your mom and your uncle put on.

I had never been to a “Shrimp Boil” before – now, I’m completely hooked!

…Not only was the food delicious – but, the presentation was awesome.

WHAT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

Thank you for inviting me to your "Summer Supper". It was deliciously outstanding in every way. I had received several verbal descriptions of the "Shrimp Boil" from people who had attended in the past. None came close to the real thing, probably because it was indescribable.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to witness the event in person. What a production! Many thanks to each of you and to your supporting cast.

IT ONLY GETS BETTER. I don't see how it could, but if I were a betting person, I'd put my money on your team
