My name is Andre and I come from New Orleans, where I was born and raised. I later moved to Europe and am now living in the northern California area. My hobby and passion is eating and cooking gourmet foods. I have traveled all over the world visiting the best restaurants I could find, and no where have I found anything like what I am about to describe to you.

We use only the freshest ingredients from local sources, and put more things in the pot than you could possibly eat. This healthy and delicious meal is an ideal way to celebrate anything, even and especially the joy of everyday life. The boil will happen right in your own backyard, or anywhere else you choose. It’s a portable feast, so you pick the place.

All of the cooking is done on site, never pre-cookied and then reheated. You eat right out the pot, as fresh as it can be. Delectable foods, such as shrimp, scallops and lobster are accompanied by many fresh vegetables that makes this a yearly must for those who want a show and good food.
